Hercules is a scraped surface sanitary heat exchanger developed in collaboration with the University of Parma for use with sensitive and slightly cohesive fluids. The internal scrapers are fixed to a shaft that rotates them constantly inside the tube, which in turn is wrapped inside a shell immersed in the service heat liquid. The scrapers prevent the product from adhering and the continuous mixing increases the level of heat efficiency transfer. For each product is managed by a specifically designed software to guarantee maximum efficiency of the heat transfer. Various design options are available for the heat exchanger, which is thus precisely adjusted to the different requirements. Easy disassembly makes for quick inspection and maintenance of the product.
